Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and keep access until the end of your billing period. No lock-in contracts. If racing is quiet you can pause billing for up to four months instead of cancelling — the pause option is in the same place.
What if Pro isn't for me?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription. Email support@formrace.com with your account email and what didn't work and we'll process it to your original payment method. Full terms are on the cancellations and refunds page, and nothing there limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Does FormRace accept wagers?
No. FormRace is subscription racing-intelligence software. It provides analytics, model ratings, market intelligence, and race-analysis workflow tools; it does not accept wagers, process bets, or guarantee outcomes.
What payment methods do you accept?
