Cancellations & Refunds

1. Subscription Plans
FormRace offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features including advanced AI race intelligence, detailed model analytics, and priority support. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (monthly or annually).
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Navigate to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at support@formrace.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After the 7-day window, refunds are not available except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Annual Subscriptions
If you are on an annual plan, you may cancel at any time but your access will remain active until the end of the annual billing period. Refunds for annual plans are available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refund will be issued, but you will retain access for the remainder of your subscription term.
5. Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged unless you choose to continue with a paid plan after the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your selected paid plan will be activated and you will be charged accordingly.
6. Downgrades
You may downgrade your subscription at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will retain access to your current plan features until the end of the current billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference between plans within the same billing period.
7. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account entirely, you can do so from your account settings or by contacting support@formrace.com. Account deletion is permanent and will cancel any active subscription. If you are within the refund window, please request a refund before deleting your account.
8. Australian Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian consumer protection legislation, please contact us at support@formrace.com and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
